Shipping and Delivering Orders
Once an order has been processed, the next step is shipping. Mark the order as shipped when it leaves your facility, and as delivered when the customer confirms receipt.
Marking as Shipped
Open the order and click Ship. The customer will be notified that their order is on its way. If you use the customer portal, the order status updates in real time so the customer can track progress.
Confirming Delivery
When the goods arrive, mark the order as delivered. This completes the order lifecycle and makes it available for invoicing if you have not already created an invoice.
