Adding Products

Products are the items you sell to your customers. Every quote and order line item references a product from your catalogue. You can add products individually or import them in bulk from a CSV file.

Creating a Product

Navigate to the Products page and click the New Product button. Enter a name, SKU, description, and unit price. You can also assign the product to a category to keep your catalogue organised.

Importing Products

If you have an existing product list, use the CSV import feature. Prepare a spreadsheet with columns for name, SKU, description, price, and category, then upload it from the Products page. Ordra will create each product and report any rows that failed validation.
