Orders in Ordra follow a structured workflow that guides them from creation through to delivery. Each status change is tracked so you always know where an order stands.

Order Statuses

A new order starts as pending. From there it moves through confirmed, processing, shipped, and finally delivered. At any point before shipping you can cancel the order if needed.

Confirming and Processing

Confirming an order signals that you have reviewed it and are ready to fulfil it. Processing means your team is actively preparing the items. These status transitions keep your team aligned on what needs attention.
