Setting Up Your Company

Your company profile is the foundation of your Ordra account. It determines what your customers see on quotes, orders, and invoices. You can update it at any time from the Account Settings page.

Company Details

Enter your company name, address, phone number, and email. These details appear in the header of every document you generate. If you have a company logo, upload it to give your documents a professional look.

Currency and Tax Settings

Choose your default currency and tax rate. These values are pre-filled whenever you create a new quote or invoice, but you can override them on a per-document basis if needed.
