Sending Quotes to Customers

Once your quote is ready, you can send it to the customer with a single click. Ordra emails a PDF of the quote to the customer's primary contact and provides a link to view it in the customer portal.

What the Customer Sees

The customer receives an email with the quote summary and a button to view the full details. From the portal, they can accept the quote, decline it, or request changes. You will be notified of their response immediately.

Revising a Quote

If the customer requests changes, you can revise the quote by updating line items or pricing. Ordra keeps a history of all revisions so you can track what changed and when. Once revised, send the updated version to the customer for another review.
