Creating Quotes

A quote is a formal price proposal you send to a customer before they commit to an order. Quotes in Ordra include line items with quantities and prices, and can be sent directly to the customer for approval.

Building a Quote

Navigate to Quotes and click New Quote. Select a customer, then add line items by choosing products from your catalogue. You can adjust quantities, override prices, and add a discount or notes. Ordra calculates the totals automatically.

Quote Statuses

A new quote starts as a draft. Once you are happy with it, send it to your customer. They can accept or decline the quote from their email or the customer portal. Accepted quotes can be converted directly into orders.
