Creating Invoices
Invoices are how you bill your customers for completed orders. You can create an invoice manually or generate one directly from an order.
Creating from an Order
The fastest way to create an invoice is from an existing order. Navigate to the order, then click Create Invoice. Ordra copies the line items and totals into a new invoice linked to that order.
Manual Invoices
You can also create invoices independently. Go to the Invoices page, click New Invoice, select a customer, and add line items. This is useful for billing that is not tied to a specific order, such as service fees or recurring charges.
