Converting Quotes to Orders

When a customer accepts a quote, you can convert it into an order with one click. Ordra copies all line items, quantities, and prices from the quote into a new order, saving you from re-entering the details.

How Conversion Works

Open the accepted quote and click the Convert to Order button. Ordra creates the order, links it back to the original quote, and marks the quote as converted. The new order starts in a pending state, ready for you to confirm and process.

After Conversion

Once converted, the quote is locked and cannot be edited. If the customer needs changes after conversion, update the order directly. The link between quote and order is preserved so you always have a clear audit trail.
