Cancelling Orders

Sometimes an order needs to be cancelled before it ships. Ordra allows you to cancel any order that has not yet been marked as shipped.

How to Cancel

Open the order and click Cancel. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The order status changes to cancelled and the customer is notified. Cancelled orders remain in your records for auditing purposes but are excluded from reports by default.

After Cancellation

A cancelled order cannot be re-opened. If the customer wants to proceed later, create a new order or convert the original quote again. Any invoices linked to a cancelled order should be voided separately.
