How Customers Use the Portal
Your customers access the portal via a unique subdomain for your account. After logging in, they see a dashboard with their recent activity and quick links to key sections.
Browsing and Ordering
Customers can browse your product catalogue, view prices (including any customer-specific pricing), and add items to their cart. When they submit the cart, a new quote or order is created in your dashboard for review.
Managing Quotes and Invoices
Customers can view all quotes you have sent them and accept or decline directly from the portal. For invoices, they can see what is due, due dates, and current payment status.
