Sending Invoices and Recording Payments

Once an invoice is ready, send it to your customer. They can view the invoice online from the customer portal.

Sending an Invoice

Open the invoice and click Send. Ordra emails a PDF to the customer's primary contact with a link to view the invoice online. You can re-send the invoice at any time if the customer needs another copy.

Recording Payments

When you receive payment, record it on the invoice. You can record full or partial payments, and the invoice status updates immediately.
